Fermented Vitamin B Complex 2 fl oz is the travel and trial size of the 8 oz formula, identical in composition. Each half-teaspoon (2.5 mL) provides 263 mcg B12 (10,958% DV) as adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin, and hydroxocobalamin, 1665 mcg DFE folate as 5-formyltetrahydrofolate calcium, 344 mcg biotin, 30 mg niacin, 3 mg B6 including P-5-P, 1.6 mg B2 including R-5-P, 3.3 mg B5, and 1 mg B1.

The B vitamins are cofactors across normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, and red blood cell formation. As in the larger bottle, the distinguishing feature is form: reduced folate rather than folic acid, three cobalamin forms rather than cyanocobalamin, and phosphorylated coenzyme forms of B2 and B6. Fermented in a probiotic culture, inactivated after fermentation and preserved with organic cane alcohol.
