HydraFuel Ion2+Hydration Fruit Punch

HydraFuel ION2+ Hydration Formula is a full electrolyte and B-complex hydration powder in a compact 4 g scoop. It delivers 500 mg potassium as potassium citrate (11% DV), 300 mg chloride, 195 mg sodium from pink Himalayan salt and sodium chloride, 140 mg magnesium from Aquamin Mg™ Soluble and magnesium citrate (33% DV), 50 mg calcium as calcium citrate, 8 mg zinc, and 0.4 mg manganese. The vitamin side runs 150 mg vitamin C (167% DV), 22 mg niacin, 11.5 mg pantothenic acid (230% DV), 7 mcg B12, and 2.5 mg B6. Sixty servings.

The potassium is the standout. At 500 mg it runs well above the sodium, which is unusual and deliberate - most hydration products load sodium and treat potassium as an afterthought, despite it being the primary intracellular electrolyte. The magnesium comes partly from Aquamin Mg™, a seawater-derived mineral source rather than a synthetic salt, and both calcium and potassium appear as citrates. Chloride at 300 mg completes the four electrolytes lost in sweat.
