Ocimum tenuflorum, more commonly referred to as Holy Basil or Tulsi, is a green and leafy plant native to Southeast Asia that is used in Ayruvedic Medicine. Holy Basil contains high nutritional value. These include: Vitamin A&C, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, and Chlorophyll. Holy Basil contains various beneficial phytochemical compounds such as; oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, rosmarinic acid, eugenol, carvacrol, linalool, and β-caryophyllene. Our Standardized extract and Full Spectrum combination is formulated to include at least 2% Ursolic Acid, and includes the full spectrum of the various compounds found in Holy Basil.

• Studies performed on the leaves of Holy Basil, according to the Journal of Ayruveda and Intergrative Medicine, indicated that Holy Basil contains Anti-Anxiety and Anti-Depressant properties, comparable to diazapam, an antidepressant drug.
• Due to Holy Basil's Adaptogen (Anti-Anxiety/Relaxing) properties, it may help support Adrenal function and managing cortisol levels
